  • Yes,you can cancel a one time purchase. You must cancel before the item has been shipped. Once the item has been shipped to your address you cannot cancel, you can only return the item.

  • Yes, you can cancel your subscription through your We are Nutrified account. You must be signed in to do this.

  • The speed of the refund will depend on the type of payment you used. However a refund will be within your account within 14 days of receiving the unopened item at our warehouse.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened and used product. If you have opened a product, we cannot refund your full order cost?

  • To return an unopened or unused product please follow the instructions below:
